About Zaarcé
African market intelligence is broken. Research firms charge $50K for aggregated public data with zero operational guidance. Consultants bill $500K for strategies they've never executed. Academic research sits siloed—brilliant insights disconnected from commercial application because there's no infrastructure or corporate investment bridging knowledge to ventures.
I'm building the alternative.
I spent years in Revenue Strategy and Operations at companies like Heinz, McKesson, Confluent, ID.me and VMware optimizing sales pipelines and GTM strategies for million and billion-dollar CPG, software and pharmaceutical companies.
Then I tried applying those frameworks to African markets. They broke. Spectacularly.
Not because African markets are "less developed"—because Western frameworks assume infrastructure, payment systems, and trust mechanisms that don't exist. Or because they ignore the indigenous systems that DO work but get dismissed as "informal."
So I did what any economist with Nigerian roots would do: I'm building supply chains to figure out what actually works.
Zaarcé documents African value chain intelligence while I construct proof through ventures and case study synthesis. I'm sourcing ingredients, validating botanicals, and building pharmaceutical-grade operations—then documenting operational playbooks, supplier networks, partnership structures, and market entry strategies as I learn them.
Who this serves: VCs evaluating investments. CPG companies sourcing ingredients or entering markets. Pharma scouts seeking botanicals or establishing operations. Corporate innovation teams exploring opportunities. B2B SaaS building GTM strategies. Impact investors building fair portfolios. Diaspora entrepreneurs bridging markets.
The proof: Synthesizing patterns from rigorous research. Documenting supply chains through real execution and field work. Testing partnership structures in actual deals. Building select ventures to prove the playbooks work. Investment intelligence merging macro trends with ground-level reality.
Evidence over credentials. Systems over theater. Fair capture over extraction.
Subscribe for the playbooks. Stay because the ventures will prove they work.
